Account connection

  • Lumara uses Plaid to help connect financial accounts securely.
  • Bank login credentials are handled through Plaid's secure connection flow.
  • Lumara does not store your bank username or password.
  • Lumara receives only the authorized account and transaction information needed to power app features.
  • When account management is enabled, you'll be able to disconnect accounts at any time.
Lumara only reads the account and transaction data you approve.

Connected mode

  • Real account data will be clearly labeled when connected.
  • Sync status shows the last update time.
  • Lumara never claims a real connection when one is not active.
